We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies.

Due to the personalized nature of spiritual and healing services, completed sessions are generally non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue during a virtual session, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or complete the session.

You understand that all decisions and actions taken following a session are your sole responsibility.
